Malkova was born in Prague, where she still resides. She has one younger brother, and can speak Czech, Russian, and English.

She started out in the modeling business on a trip to the United States in 1996 through the request of her then-boyfriend, with whom she recorded her only boy-girl pornographic film performance so far, featured in the 1996 release Sexhibition 3.
